server issues

xml files dont see to be recognized on my server. I am hosted on aa apache server Any have experience with any set-ups required in order to support xml files?

    Does your server support the page, if you type the URL manually into your browser?

      nope, it causes a server error. i've been tryinh to install axkit, and there are already some python files on the server, but I can't get it to work yet. And all information i can find on this subject is unspecific and and confusing. Is there any easy way?
